2. Select your home, your lot, and construction options, then lock in the price by completing our paperwork and turning in your earnest money check ($500)
3.  Obtain full credit approval through our preferred Lender
4.  Select your choice of upgrades at our Design Center
5.  Bring in your construction deposit ($5,000) to get architect plans underway
